Anyone who uses vistaprint on a regular basis ?

I have rung their offices on the freephone number they give out : 0800 028 8251
No one there till monday morning.
Basically looking down my online bank account i see :

TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ( as its in the debited column )
Usualy when i buy from vistaprint is says this :
Debit Card - Vistaprint.Co.Uk3.62
with a series of numbers above .
I have not had anything from vistaprint to the cost of £9.95 and ALL OTHER things i have bought off them i have paid for and can see in the columns

Have used Vistaprint many times in the past and they have been great.
However, recently they are employing a SCAM.
Having got your credit card details they ask if you want to enroll in something called Vistaprint rewards (some sort of cheap deals).
Only afterwards do they say they are going to bill your credit card, unless you cancel. Needless to say it is impossible to cancel since you aren't told how to!!
Contact with the company is made impossible/ignored.
I have informed Cheshire Trading Standards AND the police AND my credit card company, but this is a BIG PAIN
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
